Privacy Policy

Who this covers
This policy covers hustlaarcade.com and the games you play on it in a web browser. Hustla Arcade is run by Hard Hustla Muzik LLC ("we", "us"). Our phone apps have their own privacy policies, linked at the end of this page.
What we collect
If you visit or play as a guest. We do not ask who you are. Your game progress is kept in your own browser's storage, on your device. Like every website, the servers that deliver the site see your IP address and browser details when you connect, and keep short-lived logs to keep the service running and safe.
If you create an account (optional; you need one only to save your game online, post scores or buy something):
- your email address;
- your password, kept only in scrambled form by our sign-in provider (we cannot read it), or, if you sign in with Google, the email address and basic profile Google shares with us;
- the player name you choose, which is shown publicly on leaderboards and on the challenge pages described below;
- your saved games and your best scores;
- the challenges you make or take: a challenge page shows the player name and score of the player who made it and of everyone who took it, to anyone who has its link;
- a record of each purchase: the item, the price, the date, a payment reference and a link to your receipt.
If you buy something. Payments are taken by Stripe, on Stripe's own page. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us that the payment went through and gives us the payment reference and receipt link listed above.
If you write to us. We keep your email and what you send so we can answer.
How we use it
- to sign you in and keep your game saved across your devices;
- to show leaderboards;
- to deliver what you bought and show your purchases on your Account page;
- to answer support requests;
- to keep the games fair and the service secure;
- to meet our legal and accounting duties.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
The site and the games use your browser's storage to keep you signed in, to hold your game progress and to remember small settings. Our hosting sets a cookie that keeps you on one version of the site for up to a day.
Visit counts. Our hosting counts visits so we can see which pages are used. Each page view records the page address, the page you came from, your browser type, your language and your country (worked out from your time zone), together with a visit cookie that lasts 30 minutes. The hosting also receives technical reports, such as page loads and errors, so faults can be found and fixed. Both are sent to this site's own address, not to an advertising company, and neither is tied to your name, your email or your account.
Some parts of a page are delivered by other companies, who receive your IP address as with any web request: fonts from Google Fonts, and app icons, screenshots and store badges from Google Play and Apple.
Advertising
Some games may offer optional video ads, for example "Watch a clip" for in-game diamonds. You choose whether to watch one. These ads are served by Google. When ads are shown:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some other vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
Where the law requires it, you are asked for your consent before advertising cookies are used. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the service, and only what they need:
- our hosting, database and sign-in provider (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase), which also counts the visits described above;
- Stripe, for payments;
- Google, if you choose Google sign-in, for fonts, and for ads when they are shown.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our players, our rights or the service.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your account information for as long as you have an account. You can change your player name on your Account page at any time. To delete your account and the saved games, scores and profile that go with it, email contact@jokabeatz.com from the address on the account. We may need to keep purchase records for tax and accounting reasons.
Guest progress lives only in your browser: clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. Email contact@jokabeatz.com and we will help. You can also opt out of personalized advertising as described above.
Children
Hustla Arcade is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email contact@jokabeatz.com and we will delete it.
Where it is processed, and security
Your information is processed in the United States and in the countries where our providers operate. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no online service can promise perfect security.
Our phone apps
The phone apps have their own privacy policies:
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Questions: Hard Hustla Muzik LLC, contact@jokabeatz.com. See also our Terms of Use.
