Terms of Use

Hustla Arcade (hustlaarcade.com) is run by Hard Hustla Muzik LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or playing the games on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The games are free to play in your browser, for your own personal enjoyment. Please play fair:

• do not cheat, tamper with scores or saves, or use automated tools to play;
• do not attack, overload or try to break into the site or anyone's account;
• do not use a player name that is hateful, abusive or pretends to be someone else.

We may remove scores, change names or close accounts that break these rules.

You can play as a guest. An account is needed only to save your game online, post scores and buy things. You must be at least 13 to create an account, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission before buying anything. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Some games sell diamonds, packs and passes. Prices are in US dollars, and the full price is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe's own page.

• Diamonds are a virtual in-game currency. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money.
• Packs unlock content for your account in that game's browser version.
• Passes are monthly subscriptions. A pass renews every month at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page, or by emailing contact@jokabeatz.com; the pass then stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and does not renew.

What you buy here belongs to your Hustla Arcade account and to the browser version of that game. Purchases made in our phone apps are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms; they stay in the app and do not carry over to the browser, and browser purchases do not carry over to the apps.

Game items are licensed to you for use in the game; you do not own them, and we may change how a game or an item works to keep the game balanced and running.

Purchases are final once the item has been delivered to your account. If something you paid for never arrived, or you were charged twice or by mistake, email contact@jokabeatz.com with the email address on your account and we will fix it or refund it.

You can cancel a pass at any time; it runs to the end of the month already paid for, and we do not refund part of a month. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you.

Some games may offer optional video ads in return for an in-game reward, such as "Watch a clip" for diamonds. Watching is always your choice. Rewards have no cash value and are limited per day. We may change or remove them at any time.

The games, music, artwork, names and logos on Hustla Arcade belong to Hard Hustla Muzik LLC and Joka Beatz. You may play the games and share links to them. Please do not copy, sell or redistribute the games or their content.

We may add, change or stop a game or a feature. If we stop offering a pass, it will not renew.

The site and the games are provided as they are. We work to keep them running well, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Hard Hustla Muzik LLC is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses that come from using the site, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
